Do You Really Believe In What You Believe In?

Mac Dreamy and I woke up this morning, and praised and worshipped with God as we attended to our home. Now, that I have come down off of my high, this was in my spirit to share.

How can we say that we know God, yet live with so much judgement, jealousy, envy, hate, entitlement, and chaos? How is that possible, when we sit in the church house every week, and study the word? How is it possible to be so ugly to another person and use God in your next sentence? Do you really believe in what you preach? This is a serious question, and then God laid this scripture on me:

The Lord Is My ShepherdA Psalm of David.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in greenpastures.
He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

I know that I make mistakes, but not over and over again. I have committed my life to a greater cause because I have figured out that I AM made in the image of something greater than I can ever fathom. That’s why I am capable of doing things that appear IMPOSSIBLE to others. I believe that I AM and it sometimes frightens me. If you truly believe, you must know this as well, and be able to heal yourself from things that are keeping you from being pure and peaceful in your soul.

We are blessed with amazing gifts to help heal this world, but we are so blinded by our own selfishness that we refuse to see God in our power to heal and unite this world. Our power to protect children, women, and our men from the dangers of the world. We use our gifts for our own personal gains. We overprice our ministries and watch those that bless us….SUFFER! (Lord, speak to me.) How can this be, if we have God in our heart’s? How can you see someone in desperate need, and be very capable of helping them and don’t?  Yet, you sit in a church every Sunday, study the gospel, and can quote the words of God inside and out. How can you proclaim to know me, praise me, and worship me, thus said the Lord, and turn your nose up to my children? (Wow! Profound!)

Are you ready for the rapture? Can you say right now, that you will be with the millions that will leave? My God! Who will be left on earth because they pretend to believe. They pretend that they are faithful. They pretend that their heart is of love and peace. They pretend that they are authentic. And, they turn their heads to people that may not live their lifestyle, share their socioeconomic status, or even their spiritual beliefs. They sit up high because they got a taste of a rich life, that they think that they are God himself.

But, God is not a boastful, stingy, or a God of greed. He is a God of love, and faithfulness to all things that seeks to know Him. How can these people really know you and know that you are the ultimate I AM? Know that you are LOVE and PEACE. NOT WAR and CHAOS in our communities, families, friendships, workplaces, and churches. You are not in the midst of chaos. But, a person that knows you, will understand this and would work to get your LOVE in their midst of chaos.

God shared this with my spirit today….”You can’t know me, yet still live the same lie everyday. Live the same addictions everyday. Live in the same complacency everyday because I created you to be magnificent just like me. Live the same repeated errors everyday when you know that there are things in place to help heal you. There is no way that you fully believe that I AM. There is no way….”

Crazy! Is how I felt when I heard it in my spirit. So, I pray that this post blesses someone.

Live your life like you REALLY believe that there is a God!

(I love my picture I posted. It led those that needed to read this right to Him.)
